Standard Orders:

All standard orders are filled with in a 7-14 business days. 

Incorrect Address/ Reshipping Options:

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order, V.O.C. is not responsible for your package once it is shipped. If for any reason your package does not have the correct address and is returned to V.O.C. we will work with you to have your order reshipped to you. NOTE: all additional shipping charges and carrier fees are non refundable and will be the sole responsibility of the customer. An invoice will be forwarded to your provided email to collect all non refundable shipping charges and carrier fees. When using specific shipping carriers if your address has to be corrected the carrier will charge an additional fee for the correction ranging from $10-$20, these fees may vary and are subject to change upon their business policy/procedures. All shipping and carrier fees must be paid in full before your package is reshipped to you.

Please Note: Due to the nature of V.O.C. products it may take up to 14 days for the production and quality control of our products before shipment.

Bulk Order:

All bulk orders will be filled within 21-30 business days.

**Please Note**: Due to the nature of V.O.C. products a minimum of 30 days is required for all bulk orders. the following items are not available for bulk ordering (Hair Care Products, Beard Care Products, Body Butters & Cold, Processed Bar Soaps) To inquire about  bulk ordering through V.O.C. please contact us at bulksalesvoc@gmail.com
