Victorious Oil Company – Order & Resolution Policy

At Victorious Oil Company (V.O.C.), each item is handcrafted in small batches for hygiene and safety. Because of this, all sales are final. However, we are committed to making things right when an issue is directly caused by us.

REPORTING WINDOW
You have 10 days from the delivery date to report any issue with your order.

Due to the temperature-sensitive nature of certain products, the following items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery:
Body Butters
Body Scrubs
Body Oils

After these timeframes, we are unable to evaluate product condition or provide resolution. If an error is verified on our end, an appropriate resolution will be provided, typically in the form of a store credit or gift card.

DAMAGES, MISSING, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.

If there is a problem, email us at victoriousoilco@gmail.com and include:
Full Name
Order Number
Email used at checkout
Description of the issue
Clear photos of the product and packaging

SHIPPING CARRIER RESPONSIBILITY
Once a package is in possession of the shipping carrier, V.O.C. is not responsible for:
Lost packages
Stolen packages
Delayed delivery
Delivery errors by the carrier

All shipping claims must be filed directly with the carrier.

WEATHER SENSITIVITY NOTICE
Our products are made with natural butters and oils that react to temperature. Victorious Oil Company is not responsible for texture changes caused by prolonged exposure to extreme weather conditions (hot or cold) after delivery. This includes melting, graininess, firmness changes, or separation.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

If we determine an issue is due to a production error, we will provide either:
A replacement (when available)
or
Store credit / gift card
